We have every confidence in the continued high quality of our jewellery and timepieces, and consequently are happy to offer all Hot Diamonds customers the product guarantee outlined below.
Hot Diamonds Product Guarantee:
Hot Diamonds jewellery has a two year guarantee from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required from authorised stockist only) against any manufacturing failure. Should your piece of jewellery require service during the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced with a comparable product free of charge, provided that:
- This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful or accidental damage, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.
